Dear Students, 

 

We are writing this message to announce that we will be an active pillar of support to you          as  you navigate the nuances of remote learning. We hope that our students are encouraged        and  motivated to resume classroom instruction after this stressful break. We will be involved      with your attendance, instruction, and progress towards graduation. We will update you with.    new  information as it comes to us. We are a point of contact for you throughout the duration of this circumstance. We will provide regular outreach to you through many forms of contact to      touch base, answer questions, and provide assistance within areas of concern.  We want you to  know that your teachers are working tirelessly to ensure that your education does not suffer      and that you will experience the community support that you are used to from the staff at          A&D.  We look forward to speaking with each of you soon and hope that all families are staying safe during this trying time. Self Care is crucial during these difficult times. You might feel down and isolated.

Please take care of  yourself.

* Maintain a regular sleep schedule.

* Work from the same place each day if you can

* Find an accountability ally              

* Remember to eat and hydrate                        

* Take breaks                                                           

* Exercise.                                                                 

* Don't be afraid to ask for help

* Manage time effectively to reduce stress
